At Vue Dental Kyle, we keep your health and safety as our topmost priority. We give every effort to keep everything sterile and clean. We ensure that your visit is completely safe and you don’t get sick at your appointment. At this time of worries, you can leave the fear at our door and focus on your dental health. We strive our best to provide the best quality, personalized care to every single patient visiting us.
We are taking the following measures:
- Several things are being taken care of for everyone who enters our office. With the advancement in sterilization procedures, we can proudly say that we are maintaining all the standards of sterilization of the Centers for disease control. As pinned above, patient safety has been our topmost priority from always.
- To ensure that our patients remain safe, our staff wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) that includes completely sterilized gloves, face shields, masks, and full-coverage clothing.
- Every day, our staff undergoes special screenings to ensure that they are healthy enough to work in the clinic.
- Other than the regular cleaning at the office, we disinfect all the surfaces that have been touched by the patients and the staff. Frequently touched surfaces such as sinks, restrooms, cabinets, doorknobs, tables, countertops, e.t.c, are disinfected several times a day.
- For the older and immunocompromised patients visiting our clinic, we have arranged for the filtered drainage lines to keep them safe from bacteria and other microorganisms that otherwise would have been harmless for the young and other healthy patients.
- We are working on appointments only to minimize the risk of being crowded in the waiting area. Also, we are taking utmost care that people in the clinic follow the social distancing rule seriously.
Changes you will notice on your visit:
We are happy to welcome you back into our office! Although you will find some changes made to the clinic, we will make that your ease at the visit remains the same as before. Please know that these changes are to keep you and our team members safe and healthy. Such kind of implementation is to provide you with the best quality treatment in the safest setting.
Please take note of the following protocols before your visit:
- Once you arrive, please call from the outside of the premises. On your arrival, we will ask you some screening questions.
- Once we disinfect everything and make sure that the environment is safe for you to enter the consultation room, we will let you know.
- We are allowing a limited number of companions as of now. Only parents/guardians to children and caretakers for the medically-compromised patients are allowed.
- On entrance, we request you to sanitize your hands at our sanitization station.
- As a part of one of our final screening measures, please allow us to get your temperature checked.
- We request you to wear your mask all the time in the clinic, except during the treatment. If you don’t have one, we will be happy to provide you with one.
- Once you are done with your treatment, please be relaxed, as we will guide you through a streamlined check-out to ensure minimal contact with others.
